Minnesota Parents Alliance is a grassroots organization dedicated to restoring excellence in K–12 education by equipping parents and electing achievement-focused leaders.
Founded in 2022, MPA has quickly become a force for change in Minnesota schools, using a bottom-up approach to engage parents, inform voters, and support school board candidates who prioritize academic achievement, transparency, and accountability.
OUR MISSION
We educate and empower parents to advocate for policies that put students first — and we equip and support school board candidates who are committed to raising standards and restoring common sense in public education.
WHY WE EXIST
Minnesota’s education system is struggling. Student proficiency is declining, accountability is lacking, and classrooms are increasingly driven by politics instead of learning. But parents are stepping up — and we’re here to help them lead the way.
MPA provides training, resources, and tools to help parents get involved at every level — from speaking up at school board meetings to running winning campaigns.
