| I’m running for the Staples-Motley School Board because I believe our schools are one of the most important parts of our community, and I want every student to have the opportunity to succeed.
As a parent, coach, community member, and someone who has spent much of my career in leadership, I understand that good decisions start with listening. Parents deserve a voice in their children’s education, teachers and staff deserve our support, and taxpayers deserve transparency and responsible use of their hard-earned dollars. My focus is simple: strong academics, safe schools, responsible budgeting, supporting our teachers and staff, and preparing students for whatever comes after graduation, whether that is college, the trades, military service, or entering the workforce. I won’t approach every issue with a predetermined answer. I will ask questions, listen to parents, students, staff, and community members, look at the facts, and make the hard decisions based on what I believe is best for the students and the future of Staples-Motley. Strong Schools. Strong Community. |
