| As a parent and member of this community, I’m running for school board because decisions about our children’s education belong with parents, teachers, and neighbors — not distant bureaucracies. My campaign is built on a simple idea: Local Schools, Local Values.
I will fight to protect parental rights in education, ensuring families have transparency and a real voice in curriculum decisions, school policies, and how tax dollars are spent. I support strong academic standards that prioritize core subjects like reading, math, and civics, preparing students for real success rather than chasing trends. Fiscal responsibility matters. I will push for careful, transparent budgeting that puts resources into classrooms and teachers — not administrative bloat — so taxpayers get real value for every dollar spent. I also believe our schools should reflect the values of the families they serve. That means respecting local control, supporting our hardworking teachers, and keeping divisive politics out of the classroom. I’m not a career politician — I’m your neighbor, raising my own kids in these schools. I’m asking for your vote so we can keep our schools accountable to the people who know them best: us. |
